Our consultation service is provided by a team of experts in the fields of:
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (program design, program implementation, staff training, milieu integration, case consultation)
Illness Management & Recovery (program design, program conversion, implementation, staff training, milieu integration, case consultation)
Suicide & Self Injury Prevention (staff trainings, case consultation, protocol design and implementation)
Our Consultation services are designed to meet your needs and may include:
- Customized training programs for clinical and direct care staff
- Assistance designing and implementing evidence-based practice that meets the special needs of your population or milieu
- Assistance adapting these treatments to suit specific populations and settings such as adolescents, individuals with intellectual disabilities, parents, residential settings, schools, out-patient treatment or others
- Staff supervisor
- Case consultation and treatment planning
- Assistance to agency leaders to develop strategies that build funder and stakeholder commitment to evidence-based practices
- Assistance to schools to manage and prevent dangerous and disruptive behaviors and costly outplacements
