Trauma Response Services

In response to traumatic events, The Bridge provides initials assessment, consultation, and support; intervention through group and indivdual meetings with those involved both directly and indirectly; referrals to resources in the community; and follow-up and further needs assesment.

Riverside Trauma Center

The Bridge is a partner agency with Riverside Trauma Center, which helps local communities, schools, government agencies, healthcare and human services providers, and workplaces cope with the emotional aftermath of traumatic events such as natural disasters, accidents, suicides, or homicides.

American Red Cross

The local chapter of the American Red Cross provides response services to people in Central and Western Massachusetts 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

Massachusetts 211 is contracted by the state of Massachusetts to provide emergency management services. Their online directory is an information resource for emergency food, rent, help paying your heating and utility bills, mental health counseling, health programs, public health and safety services, child care referrals, job resources, and other help for individuals, parents and families.
